Loan and mortgage property valuation support

Loan and mortgage valuations help lenders and borrowers understand the security value of a property. Sanghvi Valuers prepares valuation reports for residential, commercial and industrial properties where a professional valuation is required for financing, refinancing, collateral review or internal banking documentation.

Security assessment

The report considers marketability, location, title description, construction, age, occupation, saleability and any visible limitation affecting collateral value.

Document review

Ownership papers, plans, municipal records, tax bills, society records and loan-specific requirements are reviewed based on the scope.

Lender requirements

Each bank or NBFC may have its own empanelment and format rules. The assignment is confirmed only after the required purpose and recipient are clear.

What borrowers should prepare

  • Property address, locality, owner details and purpose of the loan.
  • Sale deed or ownership document, Index II and latest tax or maintenance bill.
  • Approved plan, completion certificate or society share certificate where available.
  • Existing loan details, bank instruction or format requirement if already issued.

Important note on bank panels

A bank may require its own panel valuer for sanction or internal processing. A professional independent report can still support decision-making, but acceptance by a specific lender depends on that lender's policy.

Request a loan or mortgage valuation

Mention the lender, property locality, purpose and any format requirement. We will tell you whether the assignment can be accepted in the requested form.
